Decor and fit-out permits, technical drawing approvals, and the completion certificate that closes the job out.

Dubai Civil Defence

Fire and life-safety approval for layouts, materials, alarm and suppression systems — before and after the build.

NOCWE FILE

Building owner / FM

No-objection certificates, work-hour permissions, and hoarding, access and delivery arrangements with your landlord.

YOU PROVIDE — ONE INTRODUCTION TO YOUR BUILDING MANAGEMENT.

DEDWE FILE

Our own standing: trade licensing and contractor registration that makes us eligible to file on your behalf.

We convert the approved design into the technical drawing set the authorities require — layouts, MEP, fire strategy.

Landlord NOC

We obtain your building management's no-objection certificate and agree site access and working hours.

Dubai Municipality permit

Decor permit submission, fee payment, and any technical comments — answered by us, not forwarded to you.

Civil Defence approval

Fire and life-safety review of the design; systems inspected again at completion before sign-off.

Completion certificate

Final inspections, as-built drawings, and formal close-out — the file that proves your space is fully compliant.
