Approvals filed on day three; the client's team never met a regulator.

Yes. Occupied-space projects are phased, with noisy works scheduled out of hours and agreed with your building management as part of the NOC.

What happens after handover?

A twelve-month defects liability period on our works, as-built drawings, and one number to call. Snags logged at handover are cleared on a dated schedule.
